Arielle’s Go-To Outdoor Sports for Maintaining Fitness Through Every Season

Arielle has always enjoyed being outside, and she attributes her fitness to seasonal activities that keep her busy all year long.

 

“The change in seasons keeps things exciting,” she notes. “I get to stay inspired and try fresh activities.”

Arielle is totally focused on paddleboarding and hiking in the spring and summer. She says, “Hiking is a great way to tone your legs and it’s easy to do almost anywhere.”

Paddleboarding on the water provides her with a difficult core workout together with beautiful scenery. “It’s rough but serene. Juggling on the board works my entire body, she explains with a chuckle.

Arielle picks mountain biking and trail running as the temps drop. She says, “running on trails keeps things interesting; biking is a total-body workout.”

 

Her go-tues in winter are snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. “Being out in the snow keeps my legs strong and is exciting,” she explains.

These pursuits for Arielle go beyond mere physical fitness to include exploring the natural world. “Each season’s challenges, fresh air, and scenery ground me,” she says. She advised? Look for outdoor sports your enjoy. Fitness seems less like a duty when it is enjoyable.
