Morning Flow: Tessa

Three minutes of a breathing exercise: sit cross-leg, inhale deeply, then gently exhale. “Centering yourself is everything,” Tessa says.
Five minutes of the Cat-Cow Stretch gently move your spine. “It releases tension from sleep,” she notes.
