Even on the busiest days, you can still manage to get in a reasonable workout. Chloe’s 20-minute fat-burning routine is designed to burn calories and get your heart racing in a short period of time. No need for a gym at all!
1. Three minutes of jump rope.
Get a jump rope and get swinging! This full-body workout warms you up while raising your heart rate. If you do not have a rope, try jumping jacks or high knees instead.
Two minutes’ worth of bodyweight squats
With your feet shoulder-width apart, lower yourself into a squat, being careful that your knees do not extend past your toes. Get back on your feet and continue. Squats improve your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes while burning calories.
3. One minute: Mountain Climbers
As quickly as you can, bring one leg at a time up to your chest while in the plank position. Your heart will race and your core will be worked up with this cardio blitz.
4. One minute, push-ups
Perform standard or modified push-ups. Push-ups are great for your arms, chest, and core. Try for as many as you can, emphasizing proper form.
This circuit may be completed four times in only twenty minutes, giving you a high-intensity workout. Fitness is still Chloe’s primary priority, even though her routine works for those busy days when time is at a premium.
