Passionate supporter of clean eating, Ruby Steele has changed her mornings with a range of low-carb, dairy-free, nutrient-dense breakfast ideas that taste great.


“I used to battle breakfast,” Ruby says. “Everything seemed to be filled with dairy or sugar, which ran counter to my clean eating objectives. It was at this point that I became creative.


Ruby usually has Almond Flour Pancakes for breakfast.
