Holly Knight’s Low-Carb Desserts That Don’t Sacrifice Flavor

Those who claim pastries cannot be both healthy and decadent Home baker and health fanatic Holly Knight has perfected the craft of producing low-carb treats with strong flavour.

Fan favourite is Holly’s Chocolate Avocado Mousse. “People are always shocked when I tell them avocado is in it,” Holly says.

The mousse calls for ripe avocados, unsweeteled chocolate powder, almond milk, and a bit of stevia. Rich, creamy, and ideal for fulfilling chocolate needs is this one.

Her Keto Cheesecake Bites also get great marks. Rich and low-carb, these bite-sized delicacies are created with almond flour, coconut oil, and dairy-free cream cheese.


For more flair, Holly advises including a swirl of sugar-free raspberry sauce or a dash of vanilla essence. She explains, “They’re fantastic for parties or just as a quick snack.”


Still another must-try are Holly’s Almond Butter Cookies. These very basic cookies are made with simply almond butter, an egg, and a little erythritol.

“I love recipes that taste great even though they only take minutes in the kitchen,” Holly says.
