Sophia Lane’s Low-Carb Meal Plans for Weight Loss

With her customised low-carb meal plans, certified nutritionist Sophia Lane has helped many customers meet their weight-loss targets.

Usually, Sophia’s lunch consists of a substantial breakfast similar to her Zucchini Noodles with Poached Eggs. Perfectly poached eggs top spiralised zucchini mixed with a basic garlic olive oil sauce. “Protein and healthy fats make a fantastic way to start the day,” Sophia says.

Lunch is really about creatively twisted salads. Made with avocado and lemon juice, her Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad employs a handmade dairy-free Caesar dressing. Sophia sprinkles some toasted chickpeas for crunch. She comments, “It’s filling and full of flavour.”

Sophia says her Low-Carb Turkey Stir-Fry would be great meal. Rich in ground turkey, mixed vegetables, and a soy-free tamari sauce, this simple and filling meal is “It’s ideal for late night busy weeknights,” Sophia says.

Snacks might include hard-boiled eggs topped with everything bagel spice or celery sticks topped with nut butter. “These keep hunger at bay without deraying your progress,” Sophia says.
